Preparation: prepare yourself as you like, but a general & simple way is to sit in a relax posture, meditate, surrender to God, open your heart & intend to receive particular attunement with love & light as a glad, free gift of Spirit, please extend your gratitude to God & your gurus. After attunements increase water intake to detoxify, do self-healing & meditation. Never rush; when you feel ready only then ask for next attunement. Also, it's always better to complete one modality then go for next. Healing: please be generous in sending distant reiki healing to seekers.
