I use this chart at home as a guide to help with pain for headaches, cramps, foot pain, back and other pains. Acupressure is wonderful (also go to an acupuncture clinic on occasion). It's much better when someone else does it but that is often not possible.

This is a great overview chart of the primary channels of acupressure. Folds out nicely for easy reading. Folds up nicely with hole punches to put it into a 3 ring binder. Great product.

I purchased this chart because the book I purchased first has less than clear views of the pressure points. The book has very good explanations and with the use of this chart it makes it all work great.

The acupuncture/acupressure chart that I received is a very good chart with clear pictures and clear points on the 3-fold chart. I had also bought a Korean movie: Spy Girl (2004) with this package and purchased forearm pads for volleyball. Honestly, I will probably never play volleyball again and I have to return the forearm pads. Overall, my purchase was pretty successful and I am pleased to do business with Amazon.com. Thanks!
